A 34 years old patient had a complex oral health status, which needed a multidisciplinary approach. After all remaining upper teeth were extracted, an upper total denture was made. Five lower teeth could have been saved and reinforced with metallic posts inside teeth. A dental bridge was placed on lower reinforced teeth. A partial metal clasp lower denture with two attachment elements was placed adjacent to dental bridge in lower jaw. Both upper and lower denture had good stability. Patient started pronouncing sounds “f”, “v” and “s” better then without dentures. Patient’s facial esthetics was improved, since his skeletal deformity of a strong lower jaw was partially concealed.
